Eye Care 4 KidsEye Care 4 Kids is a not-for-profit organization that provides professional eye care services to visually impaired, low income children and under-served families.
Community Nursing ServicesCommunity Nursing Services (CNS) provides compassionate care when you or a loved one becomes seriously ill, suffers an injury or is nearing the end of life. Our nurses and staff are committed to helping our patients as well as their family members and caregivers throughout the healing process. CNS was established in 1928 and remains Utah's oldest nonprofit home health provider.
Home Health Care services are paid for through a variety of sources: Medicare, Medicaid, insurance plans or private pay. For individuals and families who are uninsured, underinsured or facing economic hardship without the means to pay, CNS Charitable Care funds may be available to help. As a grantee of the Susan G. Komen Foundation, CNS has funds available to Utah breast cancer patients based on need. |
